With the most recent COVID-19 restrictions released in BC I am shifting all of my yoga offerings to an online format until we can safely practice together in-studio once again. There are 2 ways to practice with me LIVE online:
1. LIVE Online Classes every Tuesday at 7:00pm PST with Super Seed Yoga
Your first 2 weeks are FREE at Super Seed Yoga. Come practice with me live & online every Tuesday morning. I offer a 60-minute practice called “Flow to Slow” to provide you with a holistic full spectrum practice.
This class will remain online regardless of any public health order changes. You’ll also find a host of other teachers and classes to try out through the week.
2. Yoga via Zoom with Sarah Meyer
My current in-person classes have been shifted online via Zoom through to April 19th, 2021. I have 3 weekly classes to choose from:
Tuesday – 12pm – yogahour® (60min)
Wednesday – 6:45pm – yogahour®+yin (75min)
Thursday – 12pm – yogahour (60min)

Here you’ll find a selection of online yoga classes you can practise from the comfort of your own space, home, beach, hotel room, etc. Some are visual sequences only, some include an audio link as well. They are all downloadable for you to keep and use in your own personal practice. Feel free to send the link to your friends and family if you know someone who can benefit from some short at-home practise sequences.
My aim in creating these home practice options is to support you in your personal inquiry & practice. 15 minutes of practice done today is better than the 2 hours you never did. Notes: 20-minute tune-up is a short practice that can be done daily as a way to get into your body and spend time creating space in your life. Short and sweet, this practice can easily be incorporated into your daily routine.

Joyful Holiday Flow is a short practice designed to bring you inside and calm you down. Ideally, its a way to take a quick time out from the busyness of the holiday season.
These short YouTube videos contain tips, tricks & short practices to gain greater accessibility to specific postures. They demonstrate different uses for props and movement for inquiry and exploration of your practice.
