COVID-19

May 25  Update
We've been given the green light for low-intensity fitness once more. I will once again be offering indoor classes. Distancing & mask mandates will be adhered to. Masks will be required throughout the duration of your class experience.

A few important things to note:

Mats are positioned 2.5m apart for a total of 8 students in the practice room.

The room is a comfortable warm temperature, not hot.

Please sanitize your hands upon entry to the studio.

Masks are required throughout the facility and during your practice.

Within 24 hours of your scheduled class time, please review the BC Self Assessment questionnaire and follow the guidance provided.

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. Students who arrive after the class start time will not be able to join the class.

Bathrooms are available as needed. No changing facilities are available. Please arrive in practice gear with a full water bottle.

I am committed to supporting you and your wellness goals.

May 7 Update
Outdoor yoga & fitness is now permitted with up to 10 participants. I will be offering opportunities to practice (safely distanced) outdoors. Please wear a mask to your mat and stay at least 2m apart before, during, and after class. I look forward to resuming practice in person once again!
March 29 Update
As of  March 29th, 2021 all in-person yoga classes will be paused until further notice as per the most recent public health orders banning both high and low-intensity in-person fitness activities. I will be shifting my in-person offerings to an online format via zoom through to April 19th, 2021.
