Curious about learning how to balance on your hands? Balancing on your arms & hands is about understanding the mechanics. And yes there is a little strength involved as well.
We’ll spend the first hour moving through an intelligently sequenced practice designed to fire up your core and plant the alignment seeds to ready you for lift off. We will then work with a variety of arm balances to explore different approaches and stages of entering into these postures. We will use drill work & props to build strength and confidence as you continue to work with these fun & playful postures.
Prerequisites: Healthy shoulders & wrists & be able to hold plank pose for 30 sec. And a playful attitude & desire to challenge yourself doesn’t hurt either!
